PM97528: CELL PROTECTION LOCKS ALL CELLS ON TM1 10.2 WEBSHEETS

Error description

• Cell protection locks all cells on TM1 10.2 Websheets. In TM1
  Perspectives 10.2 we can lock specific cells and use the Excel
  protection feature. On the worksheet only the locked cells will
  be protected. However, when we upload the worksheet to TM1Web,
  all cells are protected. TM1Web 10.2 appears to protect all
  cells instead of only protecting the locked cells.??This change
  in behavior will have an obvious impact for anyways who upgrades
  Websheets where Excel cell locking and protection was used for
  security.??The only documentation that I could find regarding
