    requirements listed on this documentation are not found in every
    version of Windows Server. ?Replace a process level token is
    found in Windows Server 2003 and lower. Increase quotas is found
    in Windows Server 2000. In Server 2008R2 it's not required or
    even possible to modify these settings. This leads to confusion
    for users using this documentation as an install and config
    guide with Server 2008R2. ??
