* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When these 2 options are in effect and  *
*                      the MACRO preprocessing found a         *
*                      violation of RULES(NOLAXMARGINS), the   *
*                      violation would be flagged with a       *
*                      message, but the preprocessor source    *
*                      would still be erased                   *
