  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides two new              *
  *                      functions for IBM DB2 Analytics         *
  *                      Accelerator:                            *
  *                        1. Workload Balancing: DB2 will       *
  *                           route the query to the             *
  *                           appropriate accelerator            *
  *                           based on the accelerator           *
  *                           utilization.                       *
  *                        2. System-level Monitoring:           *
  *                           New statistics information is      *
  *                           collected at the system level      *
  *                           to track acceleration activities   *

  Two new features are provided for IBM DB2 Analytics
  Accelerator.
  1. Workload Balancing will automatically route the
     query to the most appropriate accelerator based
     on the accelerator utilization. DB2 will collect
     the capacity and utilization statistics for each
     accelerator via hearbeat, then calculate which
     accelerator the query should be routed to so that
     the workload will be balanced dynamically among
     all the accelerators.
     Workload Balancing requires:
          IBM DB2 Analytics Accelerator server level
          of at least version 4, and
          Stored procedure Support level of at least 3
  2. System-level Monitoring provides the user enhanced
     statistics trace (IFCID 2) collection of acceleration
     activities.  There are new counters introduced in the
     Q8ST data section that collect acceleration activities.
  
     Also there are existing counters which have been marked
     as serviceability in the Q8ST data section, which are
     kept for compatibility with prior IBM DB2 Analytics
     Accelerator versions.  The values in these fields may
     not be accurate when running with IBM DB2 Analytics
     Accelerator Version 4.  The new mapping of the Q8ST
     is compatible with prior versions of IBM DB2 Analytics
     Accelerator.
