    The area is not freed when an add to LTP is done via
    PIF (PIF user program, BCIT etc.) with automatic
    resolution of the external dependencies.

    * RECOMMENDATION: APPLY THE PTF FIXING THIS APAR               *
    ****************************************************************
    Adding LTP occurrences via PIF with automatic resolution of the
    external dependencies, some allocated area cannot be freed and
    the following message is issued
    "EQQZ024I STILL ALLOCATED AREA, STAMP: EQQGSLDA"
    when the controller is stopped.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The field addressing the area of the occurrences record
    is incorrectly initialized to 0.
