Error description

• To extract the data, one uses the following command:
  
     GLOBAL      INPUTDD(INPUTDD)
                 FROM(,00:00)
                 TO  (,24:00)
                 PRESORTED(NO)
     RECTRACE    FILE
                 DDNAME(RECTOUT)
     EXEC
  
  The records generated by OMEGAMON do not line with the LOAD
  control statements.  This results in a significant fraction of
  the records being rejected by the LOAD, and all of the records
  having junk data.
  
  RECTRACE FILE always expecting QW0316 data section to be present
  in IFCID 316.  But it is not  the case for the most of IFCIDs
  316 with CONNECT(RRSAF).  In the absence of QW0316 only fields
  taken from the IFCID 316 headers and product section filled with
  valid data.
  

Local fix

• Please contact OMPE team for the test fix rejecting empty IFCIDs
  316.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  Garbage may have seen in PDB columns for IFCID 316 with
  CONNECT(RRSAF) because RECTRACE FILE code expecting QW0316 data
  section always to be present in the IFCID 316. But it may be not
  the case for IFCID 316 with CONNECT(RRSAF).
  In the absence of QW0316 data section only fields taken from the
  IFCID 316 headers and product section filled with valid data.
  Garbage placed to other fields.
