Defect Work item: https://jazz.net/jazz02/web/projects/Rational%20Quality%20Manage r#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=94234 When associating one or more TCERs with an IBM Rational ClearQuest (CQ) defect record and the backlinks to the TCER(s) are not created in the CQ defect record for any reason, no error message is displayed in the Rational Quality Manager (RQM) UI or logged in the RQM log. Also, "Unblock" action of the TCER never finishes due to missing backlinks in the CQ defect record.
