    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When using package-based continuous     *
    *                      block fetch, session environment may    *
    *                      not be maintained when a secondary      *
    *                      connection to server is opened for a    *
    *                      cursor.                                 *

    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    New function to enhance package-based continuous block fetch
    (DBPROTOCOL(DRDACBF)) support by maintaining session environment
    when a secondary connection to server is opened for a cursor.
    The new function is not enabled until this apar is applied to
    both server and requester. Package-based continuous block fetch
    (DBPROTOCOL(DRDACBF)) is available in DB2 11 New Function Mode
    (NFM).
