PM95829: USING FM TO UPDATE A PDS(E) SOMETIMES CORRUPTS PACKED MEMBERS.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Performing a mass-change to a pds with members in packed format
  resulted in some of the members becoming corrupted by the
  change.
  
  Did the following: Created a test-dataset with 5 members, set
  pack on for members 1, 3 and 5. Run FM in batch with a change
  that would affect all members. Out of the 5 members changed,
  one of the packed ones got corrupted.
