PM95290: DURING UPGRADE FROM BIGINSIGHTS 2.0 TO 2.1 RECEIVING GPFS ERROR EVEN THOUGH GPFS OPTION WAS NOT SELECTED DURING THE INSTALL

Error description

• During upgrade from BI 2.0 to 2.1  GPFS error received at the
  end , even though GPFS option was not selected during the
  install.
  
  Inside the install_<timestamp>.log the following error occured:
