Error description

• When importing a ReqIF Package that was created in DOORS, there
  are a number of extra Artifact Attributes and Attribute Data
  Types that are created and duplicated.

Local fix

Problem summary

• There are several DOORS attributes  (ReqIF.Prefix,
  ReqIF.CreatedThru) that DNG should be treating as a single
  attribute (it keeps a hard-coded list of well-known DOORS type
  names) but are not.
  

Problem conclusion

• This issue will be fixed in the Rational Requirements Composer
  4.0.5 release.
