  Problem Description:
   Customer is getting:
     +FSYSVC99: TEXT ERROR NEAR ".S      "
     +MODEL             &USERID.TEMP        .S
  
  Problem Summation
   The problem is caused by an uncleared text buffer in FSYTPA00
   when FJPROC0 DDname is coded in the JCL and the DSN exceeds 18
   characters. The MODEL statement string is maximum 18 charac-
   ters long but it is passing 20 characters length to FSYSVC99.
   The .S are characters in position 19 - 20.
  
  Problem Conclusion:
   The FSYTPA00 program was changed to clear the buffer.
