Error description

Unable to get the MBean of ThreadPool "Default".
Due to this, the user is unable to obtain Performance
Monitoring Infrastructure ( PMI ) data.

The thread management framework is one of the first components
to be started upon server launch, before most other components
including the admin service.  Because of this, the Default
thread pool was often created before its MBean could be
registered with the admin MBean framework, and as such it had
no available MBean.

Problem conclusion

Logic was added to ensure the creation of all thread pools'
MBeans.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.33, 8.0.0.9, and 8.5.5.2.  Please refer to the
