Error description

• Various abends can occur when running Reorg is run on a
  multi-table table space where the tables have varying
  maximum record lengths with either compression/editproc
  active. The abends are due to storage overlay.

  User ran a REORG TABLESPACE against a compressed multi-table
  table space, where each table has varying maximum record length.
  During RELOAD phase of REORG, the utility failed with an
  ABEND0C7 DSNURWBR + x'78EE' and resulted in a DB2 subsystem
  termination due to a storage overlay.  This was a result of an
  internal work area not allocated with sufficient size to hold
  the maximum size of the data record in this multi-table table
  space, which is used for compression and/or editproc processing.
  
  Additional symptoms :
  - ABENDS0C7 DSNURWBR OFFSET78EE
  - ABEND04E RC00E20005 in DSNIDALC DSNSVBK on agent deallocation
  - DB2OVRLAY DB2OVRLAY-N
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been modified to address the aforementioned storage
  overlay by ensuring workarea is allocated with sufficient size.
