Error description

• Base problems detected during TWSZ 9.1 development have been
  fitted into TWSz earlier releases, as applicable.
  1. Randomic Abend 0C4 in the server during submit
     ERROR DESCRIPTION:
     ABEND0C4 ABENDS0C4 S0C4 lmod EQQYTOPX, csect EQQYAMTD when
     using the TDWC or PIF to change the status of an operation.
     .
     An incorrect layout is used for the CP WORKSTATION TABLE,
     which results in an attempt to access the wrong storage.
     .

  A system abend 0C4 could occur in the csect EQQYAMTD
  when, using TDWC, the user tries to change the status
  of a job in error to ready.

• The internal area containing the current plan
  work stations list is handled with an incorrect
  layout.
