Error description

• Global index initialization fails on the server side because
  it cannot find the global index template map.  An FFDC report
  is generated that includes the following exception:

Problem summary

  *                      when no global indexes are defined in   *
  *                      the data grid configuration XML file.   *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  Global indexes use an internal template map to store their
  state.  When no global indexes are defined in the data grid
  configuration XML file, the definition for the internal map is
  not added to the configuration.  The code was updated to
  dynamically add the template map when a global index is needed.
  

Problem conclusion

• An interim fix is available for this APAR for V8.6 Fix Pack 3.
