  *                         "SE" to be consistent with Batch     *

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  1. ACCELERATOR ELIGIBLE TIME fields not supported yet in
     Batch Accounting and Recordtrace.
  2. Batch Accounting does not support QWACZIIP_ELIGIBLE of
     DB2 9 and 10.
  3. Batch Record Trace labels referring to the deprecated
     term "IIP".
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  1. Batch Accounting supports ACCELERATOR ELIGIBLE TIME fields
     QWAC_ACCEL_ELIG_EL,
     QWAC_ACCEL_ELIG_CP, and
     QWAC_ACCEL_ELIG_SE
     A new data block MEASURED/ELIG TIMES is being introduced
     for this purpose in LONG TRACE and LONG REPORT.
  2. Standard Accounting LONG REPORT and LONG TRACE layouts have
     been changed. Some data blocks have been re-arranged.
  3. Some field labels of the QUERY PARALLELISM data block in
     Accounting LONG layouts have been changed.
  4. Support of QWACZIIP_ELIGIBLE of DB2 9 and 10 in Accounting
     even it is a service field. SECP CPU is shown up now in
     MEASURED/ELIG TIMES data block as ELIGIBLE FOR SECP.
  5. RECORDTRACE supports Accelerator Eligible Time fields.
     Some labels referring to the deprecated term "IIP" are
     replaced with the term "SE" to be consistent with
     Batch Accounting.
