SQLCODE-270 attempting to access a remote location, target DB2 system is DB2 V10 (CM9) and CATOWNER=SYSIBMV specified in the FMN2POPT.
Local fix
Instead of using SYSIBMV as the CATOWNER parameter in the FMN2POPT, code CATOWNER=SYSIBM instead.
