Error description

• ABEND0C4 RC10 in DSNXOCN +5092 during bind/prepare if query
  references a column with multi-column frequency or histogram
  statistics containing a column number in
  SYSCOLDIST.COLGROUPCOLNO that is out of range.  This is a
  forward fit of PM91592 to DB2 11 for z/OS.

  ABEND0C4 RC10 at DSNXOCN +5092 can occur on bind/prepare of
  a query when there exists multi-column frequency or multi-column
  histogram statistics stored in SYSIBM.SYSCOLDIST for one or more
  tables in the query, and the COLGROUPCOLNO field refers to a
  column number that is outside the valid range of column numbers
  for the given table.

Problem conclusion

• This fix will ignore the multi-column frequency or multi-column
  histogram statistic if the COLGROUPCOLNO refers to a column
  number outside of the valid range of column numbers for the
  given column.  This is a forward fit of APAR PM91592 into
  DB2 11 for z/OS.
