• Abstract:
  
  Attempts to refactor or move files between folders under the
  'WebContent' folder may cause expanded Web project sub-folders
  or even the entire 'WebContent' folder to collapse
  
  Problem:
  
  In some cases, you may observe your Web project folders collapse
  in the Enterprise Explorer view when refactoring JSPs, for
  example, moving a JSP from one sub-folder to another.  This
  behavior has been observed specifically when the Web project is
  under CVS source control.
  
  To reproduce:
  -------------
  (1) You have a project, under CVS source control, with a
  structure similar to the following:
  
  MyWeb
     ? WebContent
        ? jsps
           ? folder1
              page1-1.jsp
              page1-2.jsp
           ? folder2
              page2-1.jsp
              page2-2.jsp
  
  (2) Select 'page1-1.jsp' and drag it to 'folder2'
  
  Result: Web project folder/nodes simply collapse; no errors
  appear.
  
  
  The problem is caused by a listener that performs a refresh
  whenever there are *any* changes on a [Java] project, but the
  refresh should only occur when there are build path or file
  content changes.
  
  Local fix:
  
  Disconnect the project from CVS source control and retry the
  refactoring.
