  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: (1) DB2 10 for z/OS only:               *
  *                          This PTF ships a new DB2-supplied   *
  *                          stored procedure,                   *
  *                          SYSPROC.ADMIN_COMMAND_MVS.          *
  *                      (2) DB2 11 for z/OS only:               *
  *                          (a) An incorrect command completion *
  *                              code could be returned by       *
  *                              SYSPROC.ADMIN_COMMAND_MVS if    *
  *                              the command messages queued     *
  *                              to the extended MCS console     *
  *                              contains a null character.      *
  *                          (b) DSNTRIN and DSNTRVFY does not   *
  *                              support ADMIN_COMMAND_MVS in    *
  *                              conversion mode.                *

  (1) DB2 10 for z/OS only:
      The ADMIN_COMMAND_MVS stored procedure issues the QUERY
      COPYPOOL, LIST COPYPOOL, DB2 START, DB2 STOP, DUMP or
      DISPLAY WLM command.
  
      This stored procedure is available in new-function mode
      only.
  
  (2) DB2 11 for z/OS only:
      (a) If the command messages queued to the extended MCS
          console contain a null character, ADMIN_COMMAND_MVS
          treats the null character as the end of the messages.
          If a message ADMIN_COMMAND_MVS is looking for comes
          after the null character, it will not find it, and
          because it cannot find it, it returns a wrong command
          completion code.
  
      (b) DSNTRIN and DSNTRVFY do not support ADMIN_COMMAND_MVS
          in conversion mode. With the introduction of
          ADMIN_COMMAND_MVS in V10, both DSNTRIN and DSNTRVFY
          should support ADMIN_COMMAND_MVS in conversion mode.

          ADMIN_COMMAND_MVS in conversion mode.
