• Using local endpoints on the establishLinks command creates

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When you run establishLink with a       *
  *                      foreign domain that points back to      *
  *                      the local domain, the incorrect link    *
  *                      cannot established.                     *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  When you incorrectly configure the foreign domain endpoints by
  using the local domain endpoints, the information is
  incorrectly retained on the catalog server. When you run the
  establishLink command again using the correct foreign
  endpoints, the link still fails. Issuing a dismissLink command
  does not resolve the situation.
  

Problem conclusion

• Run the establishLink command from the other domain using the
  correct endpoints, or apply the fix.
