Error description

• If a remote artifact is deleted (e.g. a test case in RQM, OSLC
  integration), the hover over in DOORS shows: GET failed with
  http code 404
  
  Use Case: Use DOORS and RQM linked via OSLC and delete a TC in
  RQM that is linked to a DOORS object. Hover over the link in
  DOORS.
  
  The http 404 error would be displayed.
