How to reproduce
Open SAMLE Project Area JKE Banking?s Release 1.0 Backlog plan
Add 'Related' as display column in the view selected
In Story 86 , add  ?Task 87 as a Related Work Item.
It is visible in column Related
Refresh the plan.
Related is empty

Actual Result:
The Related link vanishes once refreshed.

Expected Result:
The Related link should not vanish after the refresh.
