PM93545: Insufficient disk space caused install corruption on zOS

Error description

• When installing WAS fixpack on zOS and Installation manager
  detected there was no sufficient space, below error were seen in
  the log:
  
  108 WARNING CRIMA1180W 00:08.59 Available disk space at
  /usr/lpp/IHSA/V8R5 maybe insufficient. Total required space is
  32.43 MB. Total available space is 22.66 MB.
  108 WARNING CRIMA1180W 00:04.47 Available disk space at
  /usr/lpp/zWebSphere_Plugins/V8R5 maybe insufficient. Total
  required space is 22.72 MB. Total available space is 22.65 MB.
  
  109 WARNING CRIMA1180W 00:05.55 Available disk space at
  /usr/lpp/zWebSphere_SPS/V8R5 maybe insufficient. Total required
  space is 1.01 GB. Total available space is 231.51 MB.
  
  However even after detecting the space is insufficient, IIM
  continued the install which may end up with a corrupted install.

  IBM Installation Manager installing on zOS detects that
  there may be insufficient disk space for the requested
  install.  However even after detecting the space is
  insufficient, IBM Installation Manager continued the install
  which ended up with a corrupted install.
  

Problem conclusion

• In the IBM Installation Manager version 1.7.1, disk space
  validation failures are now reported as an error instead of
  a warning on z/OS to match all other platforms.  With the
  error condition detected, the install request is not
  allowed.
