ARNOSMVS was not indicating that CFSOD/ERM was supported by the
client when initializing the notcpip environment. This resulted
in permission for add/delete/update being removed from the
document permissions for the user, causing the ARS1108E message
    being issued.

Problem conclusion

  • ARNOSMVS is changed to indicate that CFSOD/ERM is supported by
    the client.
