  User ran a REORG TABLESPACE SHRLEVEL CHANGE AUX YES against a
  partitioned table space containing table with LOB column(s).
  The REORG completed successfully, but it caused broken data in
  the LOB table space (missing LOB data) which resulted in
  subsequent SQL failing with ABEND04E RC00C90D01 in DSNONLLE
  OFFSET2DC4 when accessing the LOB table space.
  
  The reported problem was caused by an incorrect program logic
  where REORG did not apply the deletion of LOB data correctly
  on an update log record that turned a regular record to a
  pointer subrecord.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been modified for REORG to correctly update the LOB
  data in the aforementioned scenario.
