Error description
With a server where the timezone is GMT + 1:00 (or any GMT +), when users generate reports, the dates become January 1, 1970. Please refer to the following jazz.net work item for more information on this defect: https://jazz.net/jazz03/resource/itemName/com.ibm.team.workitem. WorkItem/69701
Local fix
Problem summary
The problem is that the Date() function in java script needs a parsed date and therefore is not recognizing the date format in certain cases (for example, the Japanese format).
Problem conclusion
This issue will be fixed in the Rational Requirements Composer 4.0.4 release.
