Error description

• Problem Description
  A user that does not have JazzAdmin Repository Permission cannot
  open a Release Plan.
  
  An Error is throw:
  Error - [object Object]: CRJAZ1316I Illegal read access: User
  'user' attempted to read item(s) having the following type(s):
  WorkItem

  item(s) having the following type(s): WorkItemID CRJAZ1316I
  
  
  How to reproduce:
  1. Create 2 project areas using the scrum template. Say PA1 and
  PA2.
  2. Add ADMIN as member of both and curtis as member of just PA1.
  3. Open the scrum backlog plan in PA1. Create a couple of work
  items.
  4. Take a Planned Snapshot.
  5. Move one of the work item from PA1 to PA2.
  6. Now login as curtis and open the same Plan.
  7. Add Accumulated Time column and select the Planned time.
  8. Reloading the plan throws the exception while loading the
  snapshot data.
  
  Actual Result:
  The plan does not load and throws the  Java script error.
  
  Expected Result:
  The Plan should have loaded without any issues.
  
  
  To unblock:
  Remove the Accumulated column from the plan display.
