APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • From time to time, one or more engines gets into a state where
    it will stop making interviews time out.  Restarting the engine
    will fix the issue and cause it to begin processing timeouts
    again.
    
    No apparent errors appear in the logs around the failing
    timeouts, except for the first one.  In the first case, there is
    an unhandled script error in the OnInterviewEnd event, which
    crashes the timeout processing thread.
    

Local fix

  • This issue will be addressed in the next Fix Pack. Please refer
