Error description

  • When Rational Quality Manager (RQM) is integrated with
    ClearQuest (CQ) using the OSLCLinks Package v1.2 change the
    oslc state of a CQ defect type to oslc_cm-closed or
    oslc_cm-fixed the TCER becomes unblocked automatically, but RQM
    does not remove the oslc backlinks in the CQ records.
    The affected versions are  RQM 4.0.1, 4.0.2, 4.0.3
    and ClearQuest Web 8.0.0.4
    
    Impact:
    The information on defects provided by CQ is different that in
    RQM. this afects work planning and reporting.
