Error description
During BIND PACKAGE with EXPLAIN(YES) specified this abend occurred: "DA06,ABND=0C4-00000010,U=A259953 ,M=C9 ,C=101.SCC -BINDPKG ,M=DSNTFRCV,LOC=DSNXGRDS.DSNXOCN +4AB2" The abend was due to a corrupted value in COLGROUPCOLNO in SYSIBM.SYSCOLDIST for one of the tables referenced by the package.
Local fix
Delete the invalid statistics and then run RUNSTATS to recollect valid statistics.

Problem conclusion
This fix will ignore the multi-column frequency or multi-column histogram statistic if the COLGROUPCOLNO refers to a column number outside of the valid range of column numbers for the given column.
