Error description
Customer is getting the error: 'The Operation Has Timed Out' in Cognos for MS Office when refreshing a large report already imported. This message is not showing up in the logs on the cognos server, not on the logs for Cognos for MS Office. Need information on what is timing out and where it can be controled, measured, etc.
