Error description

  • The Print as PDF option will not be available in the Widget
Actions menu of a Cognos Workspace Report widget unless the 'Run
report' button has been clicked first.  this happens with when a
Report Studio report is Ran as HTML and the output saved and the
report added to the Workspace.

s only available when you run the report, it is not available if
 you're looking at saved output.
