  Unlocking test suite resets all category values back to default
  Unassigned in Rational Quality Manager.
  
  Steps to reproduce :
  1. Create a test suite and select values for couple of
  categories like 'Function' etc.  Save the test suite.
  2.  Lock the record and it will prompt you for password .
  3. The category values change to 'Unassigned'.
   ===> If you click on refresh button at this point, the original
  category values are displayed again.
  4. Unlock the Test suite.
  5.  The category values change to 'Unassigned'.
   ===> If you click on refresh button at this point, the original
  category values are displayed again.
  6. If you don't refresh and update the category values at this
  point, the browser hangs when trying to save.
  The record is updated though in the background and you can bring
  up another tab or browser and see the updated values.
