  A schedule execution fails during ramp down, when the
  specified ramp down rate is high and faster than the slowest
  transaction in the test script.
  

Problem conclusion

• This is due to a limitation with the API used for executing
  SAP tests. This failure is an indication to the user to
  specify a slower ramp down rate in the schedule to complete
  currently running transactions.
