Error description

• ABEND0C6 RC06 DSNILREP can occur on a SQL procedure/function
  if it is invoked then altered in the same commit scope.  The
  dump title looks similar to the following:
  DB2A,ABND=0C6-00000006,U=USRT002 ,M=N  ,C=111.DMC
  -DSNILREP,M=DSNTFRCV,PSW=077C2001FE08CF80,A=002D
  Altering of a SQL procedure/function in the same commit scope
  where it has been invoked is not allowed. This APAR will

Problem conclusion

• Code has been changed so the ALTER PROCEDURE/FUNCTION is blocked
