PM90300: SA/XT: Unable to complete creation of new definition with a LISTOF 'xxx' REQUIRED property

  Description:
  ------------
  SA/XT definition editor sometimes freezes when selecting
  'Choices' while creating a new definition with a LISTOF 'xxx'
  REQUIRED property
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  -------------------
  1. Add the USRPROPS below into a SA/XT enabled encyclopedia
  
  RENAME DEFINITION 'User 1' TO 'A'
  RENAME DEFINITION 'User 2' TO 'B'
  
  DEFINITION 'A'
  {
    PROPERTY 'my Bs' {EDIT LISTOF 'B' REQUIRED LENGTH 1200}
  }
  
  2. Open the encyclopedia in SA in order to make it possible to
  open in SA/XT
  3. Create a couple of definition of type 'B'
  4. Open the encyclopedia in SA/XT as Updater
  5. Create a new definition of Type 'A'
  6. Press the 'Choices' button
  
  ==? SA/XT can not save this definition since all relevant
  buttons are greyed out
  
  Workaround:
  ---------------
  Once the user has picked Select from the Choices region, the
  buttons disable and won't re-enable. The user has to close the
  'Add definition' page and start over.
  This will work:
  1) Enter name for new definition
  2) Press Choices
  3) Manually enter names for items to be added and press Add for
  each
  4) Select a value in the list (otherwise a message appears on
  pressing OK to say that not all properties have values)
  Alternatives are:
  -Enter some text in the Add entry box
  -Fiddle with the sequence of the items in the list as this adds
  5) Press OK
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Unable to create definition when there is a REQUIRED LISTOF
  property due to the buttons being disabled on pressing Select.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been corrected. The buttons are enabled and OK
  can be pressed to complete the creation of the definition.
  

Temporary fix

• Once the user has picked Select from the Choices region, the
  buttons disable and won't re-enable. The user has to close the
  'Add definition' page and start over.
