Local fix

Problem summary

  • When using the Workspace.getPathById public API method with the
maintain-case option set to 'false', then WCM is incorrectly
bypassing its internal path cache for non-draft IDs

Problem conclusion

  • Analysis: As part of the change to remove dynamic workspaces,
draft paths must now be converted from their internal paths to
the 'clean' versions you see in URLs. This change meant that the
internal path cache needs to bypassed for draft documents (and a
slower path calculation used instead). In this defect, the new
slower lookup was being done for every document, not just
    draft/purged documents

    Solution: As above

Temporary fix
