Error description

  • Managing Server (VE) Console
Administration ==> Server management ==> Data Collector Profiles
/ in DC Profiles Menu, select Data Collectors / select Host Name
from Available Data Collector Servers

When selecting the Host Name from the Data Collectors option on
the MS Data Collector Profiles page it
displays "No Profile installed on this Data Collector Server"
even though the profile has been assigned.

Problem summary

  • Customer opened the probelm on MS 7.1 FP3. However, when we try
to reproduce it with MS 7.1 FP3 IF3, IF7, and IF8, we are not
able to reproduce it.

Problem conclusion

  • We will ask customer to update to 7.1 FP3 IF3 and above.

Temporary fix

  • Update to 7.1 FP3 IF3 and above.
