Error description

• When not using a DbDesign file for your configuration and are
  instead specifying the DB parameters in zPMT, after you have
  selected 'DB2 Universal Database for z/OS' and entered a Common
  Database Name in the Database Configuration Panel, click next
  to be taken to the Database Configuration (Part 2) panel. In
  this panel, if you attempt to alter the 'Connection location'
  or 'Storage group name' fields, the following error is
  displayed:
  
  java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
  com/ibm/wbi/utils/db/WBIDBKeysHelper
  
  The Next button becomes unselectable and you must Cancel your
  configuration definition and start a new one.
  

Local fix

• Use a database design file to define the database configuration.
  The util/dbUtils/DbDesignGenerator.sh is used to create a
  dbDesign file.
  Refer to the information center. "Creating customization
  definitions for fully customized profiles"
