Error description

As part of customer deployment processes, they would like to
quiesce and unquiesce worklaod from the compute grid endpoints.

New capability added to allow users the ability to unquiesce
previously quiesced endpoints.

Problem conclusion

As part of customer's deployment processes, its typically
routine to quiesce endpoints. This added capability permits
customers to now unquiesce endpoints for added convenience.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
Service Level (Fix Pack) 8.0.0.3 of WebSphere Compute Grid 8.0.
