PM89770: PROPORTIONSPREADTOZEROCELLS DOES NOT WORK

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Spreading fails when one of the leaf cells is locked and other
  cells have at least one zero. ProportionSpreadToZeroCells is set
  to T by default. Locked leaf cell can be either rule-calculated
  or protected by hold. Workaround is to have small value instead
  of zeros, like 0.00001. Then spreading works.
