Error description

• Personalization UI may cause NullPointerExeceptions in
  org.apache.xerces.dom when under consistent heavy use over a
  period of 72 hours and more. There is no affect on UI
  interaction to the end user as this process is in relation to
  recycling web page dom nodes for efficiency but the errors will
  show up in the logs.
