Error description
Abstract: Attempts to use network-path references in JTPL files results in incorrect URLs being generated in the JSP. Problem: 1. You create a link in a JTPL template of the form '//host.example.com/' 2. You see that JSP files using this template have the link formatted as 'host.example.com' (two leading slashes removed) Note: The two leading slashes with no protocol (scheme) defined is legal under https://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc3986.txt (4.2 Relative Reference) Local fix: There is no known workaround at this time.
