Error description

  • Rational Developer for System z 8.5.1.2 - RDz - CARMA Endevor
association lost on element/member in MVS subproject after
    restart.

With RDz 8.5.1.2 client, when 'extract' (Extract to -? Remote
Project) of an Endevor Element is performed from the 'Search
    Results' view, CARMA
association is lost following a CARMA Server restart
(disconnect/reconnect). Following the restart, the MVS
    subproject still appears to be
associated to CARMA, however, the 'Custom' option on the 'Team'
context menu is disabled for these elements. Also, the Team
    context menu includes 'Copy
to RAM' option instead of 'Add/Update in Endevor'. The CARMA
association is not lost for elements extracted from CARMA
    Repositories view.

    Local Fix:
Extract elements into MVS subprojects from CARMA Repositories
    view.
