Error description

• On a slower network, a timeout can occur with App Center, and
  this will result in a retry and error as the URL used is a one
  time use URL.
  

Local fix

• None, other than using a faster network for the download.

  * When trying to install an application through the            *
  * Application Center Client on an iOS device the installation  *
  * may fail if the network is very slow and the download gets   *
  * interrupted. iOS automatically tries to repeat the download  *
  * in this case, however, this never succeeds, since the        *
  * Application Center client's One-Time-URL mechanism was not   *
  * designed for repeatable downloads.                           *

Problem conclusion

• The One-Time-URL mechanism has now been replaced by a
  Short-Time-URL mechanism.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fixpack 5.0.6.2 and is available in release 6.0.0.0.
