  The document help mentions that there are two different ways of
  configuring runtime loader
  
  However the section to configure runtime loader using user
  interface is not listed in the documentation

Problem summary

• In the RFT help documentation for Flex configuration (
  pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/rfthelp/v8r2/
  index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.rational.
  test.ft.doc%2Ftopics%2Ft_conf_non-enabled_flex.html), 2 totally
  different operations are documented.
  
  1. Configuring Runtime loader manually
  This section explains how to compile RuntimeLoader.mxml into
  RuntimeLoader.swf and it generates Runtimeloader.html file
  
  2. Configuring the web application during run time with the user
  interface
  This will just create URL that RFT should use in order to test
  the .swf file created in step1.
  
  However because the document states "You can configure the
  Runtime loader either manually "OR" using the user interface."
  (note: OR above)
  
  and since it has 2 sections, one with "manually" in the title
  (configuring Runtime loader manually) and the other one "with
  the user interface" Customer can get confused as if this was
  instructing to configure the non-enabled Flex application in 2
  different ways (one with command line, one with GUI)
  

Problem conclusion

• The documentation has been corrected to reflect both the methods
   of configuring Flex applications for RFT
