Error description

• Abend0c4 in EQQGSCHK when modifying a application in the TWSz AD
  database with both RULE and EXCEPTION RULE runcycles.

  A system abend 0C4 can occur modifying
  a run cycle type from value R or E to
  a different value.
  

Problem conclusion

• When a M(odify) command is issued on the AD record to change
  a regular rule based or exception rule based run cycle in a
  different type, a missing bracket causes to move a
  TIMEstamp field that does not exist.
