Error description

• In some cases the JSR 286 Web Content viewer incorrectly uses
  the secure wcm servlet /myconnect when a user is
  unauthenticated.  This can be observed when rendering various
  WCM Components such as:
  
  [PathCmpnt type="noprefixservlet"]
  [Placeholder tag="noprefixhref"]
  
  or API methods such as RenderingContext.getWcmServletPath().
  

Local fix

• Apply fix when available.

Problem conclusion

• Code fix.
  
  The WCM Rendering Portlet code was updated to correctly
  determine the user is anonymous and use the unauthenticated
  servlet.
